Not perfectly connected to online character, a lot of lags and not all modifications in LS Customs app.

Socialclub doesnt work. If click socialclub, it opens in safari. Last version was 5/5

When I click Social Club it open my menu... Please fix it :(

Pointless waste of time. After beating all the Chop challenges the app is useless. LS Customs for modding cars is very limited. If you really want to have that custom license plate for your in game car this is for you.

Third time I wait a WEEK to finalize license plate order. In two weeks I was lucky enough to change Zentorno and Turismo plates. I rate 2 stars, but for real its one and a half.

I thought this app would make customizing my cars easier, however; it has been such a pain! It wont sync up with my GTA at all. Ive thought this could have helped but the layout of this app is so poorly designed. I feel that Im just going to be on the Xbox to change my items is going to be easier than using this app.

I need to reset my password to login but the email is sending and i linked my Facebook account with it can there be a way to reset my password using Facebook

This app is pretty much useless. I work in IT and sometimes, I have to deal with horrid user interfaces, but there is no way Im going to choose to do so in my free time. The interface is cumbersome at best, and while it looks like a fleshed out app, the majority of the "apps" in the app just redirect you to some generic, worthless web page. Why even bother with this app? Supposedly the Los Santos customs thing is useful, but this app doesnt track the majority of the cars I use; all it shows is the junk that I take to sell at LS. I dont want to customize a Baller that Im going to sell in an hour, I want to customize my Entity. That said, the LS Customs portion of the app is probably the most bizarre in terms of layout, so you might end up wasting money by accidentally tapping the wrong things. Im feeling like GTA Online is about as crappy as this app. Hackers, everybody and their dog has aimbot and is either invisible or can move inhumanly fast, boring missions with idiots, and a sloppily "designed" app that honestly feels like they made it by accident. Rockstars legacy.
